I’m Issy,
I’ll start with a cheesy tale; partly because there’s always a story to tell, but mainly because it’s true. I got engaged back in the Summer of 2016, on one of my rare weekends off in a busy summer of managing a ton of events in North London. The proposal was low-key, intimate and perfect - but that’s not the story to tell here.
I had an absolute blast planning my wedding; figuring out how to create a day that everyone would love. The big day arrived on a cold December day in 2017 and it was the best time; stomachs were full, the drinks were flowing and the band kept the dancefloor full until it was time for everyone to head home.
A move to a tiny village in the middle of the countryside, a dog, a small human, a global pandemic and a whole lot of training later, here we are!
I love the planning process because I am passionate about creating events that leave a lasting impression on how you and your guests FEEL… not everyone has that same passion, confidence in their planning ability, or the same time to dedicate to it - and that’s totally OK!
